Terms of Service

All Photography remains the exclusive property of DSV Photography and a Limited License is granted for the period of 1 year or until the property sells, whichever occurs first.  Payment in full is due prior to delivery.  Matterport tours are hosted for up to 6 months or until the listing sells, whichever occurs first.  Additional 6 month hosting blocks may be purchased for $50 however, you must notify us PRIOR TO EXPIRATION of your tour that you wish to extend.  Once tours hosting plans have ended, tours are not able to be restored and must be scanned again.  It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us if you wish to extend your Matteport tour listing.  All photos are delivered via industry-standard .zip files.  .zip files are compressed "container" files that allow many large photo files to be sent in a single file.  Your computer must have a utility application to "unzip" these files.  Macintosh computers come with this app standard.  PC computers MAY need to download the free WinZip app from http://winzip.com.  DSV Photography does not provide technical support for any computer issues due to privacy and liability issues.  We highly suggest that you become familiar with how to open and save .zip files before placing an order with us.
